some while back in end of 2001, i crossed paths wif my ex-lecturer
at that time, i was in between work, so he offered me a position as a writer/researcher with his company- an arts magazine that's produced quarterly basis
i said i know shit about arts
he said, no worries, you can learn....
so i said ok, why the hell not, rite...i was, after all, unemployed
but of course, there's a need to learn, which meant sometimes going into the 'net to look for things
which was when i came across Ophelia
Ophelia is this beautiful painting by Sir John Everett Millais, a British artist, in the Pre-Raphaelite period.
I can't figure out why this painting is so intriguing to me...but I really really like it
